    Housed in the Historical D.H. Holmes Department store, now Hyatt Centric French Quarter, Batch is a contemporary cocktail bar founded on the innovative concept of infused spirits and the revival of handcrafted cocktails with a New Orleans influence. Sophisticated and upscale, yet approachable and easygoing, Batch delivers a quaint respite from the Bourbon Street revelry.
